Countries: We currently deliver to Spain.
Future Expansion: Expansion to other areas is being considered.

DELIVERY COSTS

In Spain: €4.45 for all orders.
No hidden costs: All costs are clearly indicated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Weekend orders: Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

TRANSIT TIME

Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days.
Business days: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and shipping issues.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Reliable courier service: Packages are shipped through courier companies.
Insured shipping: All shipments are insured. In case of loss or damage during transit, please contact our customer service team.

INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW

Tracking information: After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the courier company name and tracking number.
Track your order: You can track your order through our website. Simply enter the tracking number in our tracking portal to see the order status.

PROCEDURE FOR MISSING ITEMS

Reporting missing items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package at info@lumiblanco.com
Resolution: We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.

RETURN POLICY

Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.
Return conditions: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Customized items are non-refundable.
Costs: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or does not match the description. In such cases, LumiBlanco will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

RESTOCKING FEE

No restocking fee: LumiBlanco does not charge a restocking fee for returns.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For defective products: The customer incurs no costs. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in some other way.
At the customer’s choice: The customer will bear the actual return shipping cost. This applies when the customer ordered the wrong product, it does not fit, or they no longer want it.
