These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) set the rules for purchases in the LumiBlanco online store, operated by LuminoAura LTD.

II. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Orders can only be placed via the online store’s website.

  • No user account registration is required to place an order.

  • Accepted payment methods: Stripe Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

  • All prices listed in the store are gross prices and include VAT.

III. Delivery

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are displayed before order completion.

Delivery to Spanish Islands:
Shipping to the Spanish islands is only available upon request. Please contact us via email at info@lumiblanco.com to arrange delivery.

In case of a delivery delay, the customer will be informed via email.

Delivery Scope:
Delivery is available to mainland Spain.

IV. Returns and Complaints

Product Returns:

  • Customers have the right to return purchased goods within 30 days of receiving the order without stating a reason.

  • Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the description. In such cases, LumiBlanco will cover the return shipping costs.

Complaints:

  • Complaints can be submitted via email to info@lumiblanco.com

  • The complaint must include a description of the issue and the order number.

  • Complaints will be processed within 14 business days.

  • If the complaint is deemed justified, the seller will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for returned products will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

V. Data Protection

LuminoAura LTD processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Collected personal data:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Delivery and billing address

Purpose of data processing:

  • Order fulfillment
